A billing system for the MENOS satellite broadcasting system

MENOS is a versatile satellite broadcasting system which offers many services to its users. The billing system must track exactly how much of each service the users are consuming and bill them accordingly. The billing system must also provide administrators with reporting tools and be immune to various hardware/software failures. This system is based on jBilling (open source billing solution) and is developed using Java2 EE and runs on JBoss. The web interface is created using STRUTS. DROOLS is used for executing the rating formulas.
