In general, interactive advertisements represent a huge step forward in consumer-provider communication. Its goal is to increase advertisement effectiveness by giving consumer wider choice and control over the information received about certain products and/or services. For example, TV users can find out more information about the product that is currently streamed on the TV by simply sending a request for more info via their remote control.
