This service has been created in order to provide the user with Electronic Guide Program on their TV sets.

Electronic Program Guide application consists of service application responsible for gathering and organizing the TV channels data, and client application that renders the TV channel data on users' TV screens.

Because application targets the end user, flexibility of design plays an important role for this kind of service. While developing the application we had that in mind, so our solution is built by using the XSLT, CSS and XHTML standards, meaning the end result can easily be customized and deployed on various electronic devices supporting these XML based technologies.

The technology that this service relies on is SATMODE platform and all its associated components and services, with SATMODE browser being the most important one of them.
